This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use Whitcom Capital.
The platform may process account information, contact details, identity-verification data, KYC documents, account activity, transaction records, support communications and technical security information.
Information is used to operate accounts, verify identity, protect the platform, process supported services, respond to support requests, maintain records and investigate security or account-integrity concerns.
Identity documents uploaded through the KYC workflow are stored outside the public web directory. They are accessed through authenticated authorization controls rather than direct public document URLs.
A member may access documents associated with their own KYC request. Authorized Admin or Developer accounts may access KYC documents for verification and platform administration.
Information is retained according to operational, security, recordkeeping and applicable legal requirements. A fixed public KYC-document retention period is not currently specified. Permanent account deletion may therefore be restricted while KYC records remain subject to retention controls.
Information may be processed by infrastructure, payment, blockchain, communications or other service providers where this is necessary to operate supported platform functions.
Whitcom Capital uses technical and administrative controls intended to reduce unauthorized access. No internet-connected system can be guaranteed to be completely free from risk.
Material policy changes will be published under a new version and may require renewed user acknowledgement.
